Returns and Refunds Policy

• You may return unused and unopened items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  
• To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
  
• Custom or commissioned artwork is not eligible for return unless damaged during delivery.
  

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened paint-by-numbers kits or used art supplies.
  
• Sale items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance".
  
• Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  
• We may request photos of the item and packaging for our records.
