- You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website if we believe you have violated any part of these Terms.

2. Products and Orders
- We sell original paintings and paint-by-numbers kits.
- All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased.
- Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Payment
- We accept secure payments via PayFast, EFT, credit/debit cards.
- Full payment is required before your order will be processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver within South Africa.
- Estimated delivery time is 2–10 working days depending on your location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

5. Returns and Refunds
- You may return unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. 

- For damaged or faulty products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including artwork, images, logos, and text, is the property of Sunny Art and protected by South African intellectual property laws.

- Sunny Art will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
